These Terms govern your use of and interaction with Scarlett, the AI phone and text-messaging assistant operated by Lifted Holdings LLC ("Lifted Holdings," "we," "us"). By calling, texting, or interacting with Scarlett, you agree to these Terms.
Scarlett is an artificial-intelligence assistant that places and receives phone calls and text messages on behalf of Lifted Holdings and its authorized account holders — to resolve billing questions, reach support lines, confirm details, and relay authorized account information. Scarlett is not a human; when identity is discussed, it discloses that it is an AI assistant acting with authorization.
Scarlett acts only on behalf of a person or business that has authorized it to do so, and only for the task at hand. It will not misrepresent who it is or claim an authorization it does not have.
Calls may be recorded and/or transcribed so Scarlett can act on the conversation and keep a record of what was agreed, consistent with applicable law. You may decline to continue a call at any time.
Scarlett does not collect full payment card numbers or card security codes by call or text. Do not send card numbers to Scarlett; payments are handled only through secure, dedicated channels.
Do not use Scarlett or our messaging program for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes, and do not attempt to manipulate the assistant into acting outside its authorization.
Scarlett is provided "as is." While we work to make it accurate and reliable, AI systems can make mistakes, and we do not warrant that every interaction will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifted Holdings is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
